Why Does Brady Lake Village that is only 0.3 square miles,need 3 police cars ?
It has become painfully obvious that the Brady Lake Village (BLV) police department is all about getting traffic ticket money. There are court house records to prove this point.

The Portage County Sheriff's Department seems to do a good job in Franklin Township,without over doing the traffic tickets,like Brady Lake does.
Brady Lake is listed on the internet as a speed trap. It's too bad the internet doesn't list the other crap the Brady Lake police department pulls to get money.
When a police officer is sworn in they promise to protect and serve.
That means protect and serve all fairly and equally.
It does not mean pick and choose depending how it will benefit him or her personally.
The mojority of police people do as they swore they would and are a real asset to our communities and we are all grateful and proud of them.
However there are some who just don't get it.
Are they not man enough to stand up for what is true and right?
A liar and a "kiss ass yes person" should never have the right to wear the Police Badge, they do not deserve it, they are an insult to others, and should be stripped of it!
They do not belong in this field of employment ever!

In the case of BLV police chief Mr.Zero Tolerance,protect and serve means,protect his job and serve the BLV clerk gang who can take his job.
$30,000 a year plus benefits for less than 30 hours a week. Not bad if you can get away with it.
What sift does the Brady Lake police chief work at the Ravenna hospital ? Maybe that's why he puts in the few hours he does working for Brady Lake. Was this information on his job application for police chief ?
I'll bet the Brady Lake police chief is much better at guarding bandages than doing road patrol.
I have to wonder exactly what the Portage County Sheriff Officers think of the Brady Lake Police Chief and Wanna-Bees!?
The times they were called to assist with you, Dan Boyle, for (1)no front plate on a customers van, when you drove a small distance and pulled into your own driveway, and (2) last week when you did absoloutely NOTHING!
The Sheriff's Department is far more professional and well versed in the law. They don't have to make up charges because they made a mistake in the first place to "save face" or to impress his bosses.
It's a shame when you have to make up charges after the fact!
I'd bet that the SO cannot think too highly of BLPD plus the fact that they are being called away from their own duties.

How do you figure the law won?
I guess Kinney being shown for the liar he is would be a win for everyone, especially in the upcomming lawsuit!
The ruling was because Dan didn't stop within 100 feet of when he saw the lights on Kinney's Hot Wheels.
Dan could have lied (just like Kinney did) but chose not to.
What's bad for Kinney is he lost his self respect and it'll come back to haunt him, from what I understand he doesn't have much respect outside of village hall.
We all know this has come down to a personal issue and it wasn't Boyle who made it that.
And Kinney, we all know that you want to shot Boyle, but it is not advisable because most of us are wise to you. If you went "toe to toe", a gun is the only possible way you could win because you know Dan doesn't carry one.
You said to the clerk that you tried to get Dan "to go toe to toe with you but he wouldn't go for it", it's on the tape-what would make you say a stupid thing like that unless you were trying to impress the clerk?
Makeing a statment such as that makes one wonder about your sanity.
It's almost laughable except it really is pitiful!
WOW Dan, great new zoom camera. Now maybe you can use that zoom to find your balls!

Thanks for the tip,but don't you think BLV police chief Mr.Zero Tolerance and his pal Kenny Ray Jr.might want to look at the site you suggested,and then the picture taking might stop.
After all the picture taking started AFTER BLV police chief Dave Kinney began to follow Dan Boyle through the viilage,when Boyle was on road tests,going as far as to do u-turns to get behind Boyle,almost causing accidents.
You might want to re-think who really needs the help.

It seems BLV police chief Dave Kinney,alias,Mr. Toe to Toe,and his friend BLV cop Kenny Ray Jr.,fit your meaning of stalking.
The picture taking by the blog cam has slowed them down some,but they're still obsessed with Dan Boyle being the problem with things in BLV.(losing their jobs)
The real problem is Dan Boyle telling on the BLV officials,and the dysfunctional way BLV has been run for too many years.(nepotism)
Dave Kinney left BLV to be replaced by an under-age girl fucker named John Marra.
